Beijing Youth Daily (Reporter Wang Bin) As the number of new energy vehicles increases year by year, car owners' demand for charging piles is increasing. How to get rid of "charging anxiety" when driving on the road? Beijing Youth Daily reporters learned that this year, Beijing will build more than 1,000 super charging stations, and these super charging stations are generally set up. There are no less than 2 super charging piles with a power of more than 480 kilowatts, committed to achieving a charging speed of "1 second charging 1 km". In the future, new energy vehicle owners in Beijing will enjoy a charging experience of "as convenient as refueling".
On the eve of this year's Spring Festival, 8 super charging stations in Beijing were put into use in a concentrated manner. In the parking lot of Beijing Business Hall in Fengtai District, a new energy vehicle owner is taking the lead in experiencing "super fast charging". "From 9:30 am to 10:00, it took only half an hour to quickly charge 40 degrees, and it took a total of 30 degrees. Less than 36 yuan." Beijing will build more than 1,000 super charging stations like this by the end of 2025.
The Beijing Youth Daily reporter noticed that Beijing’s high-quality super charging stations are divided into two modes: first-level super charging stations and second-level super charging stations. Among them, the first-level super charging station has at least 3 super charging piles and 9 fast charging piles, which has a better service experience; the second-level super charging station has at least 2 super charging piles and 6 fast charging piles. The super charging pile mentioned here has a maximum output power of no less than 480 kilowatts per gun.
In what areas will these super charging stations be laid out? The Action Plan clarifies five key scenarios, including large-scale transportation hubs, highway service areas, key business districts, conference hotels and exhibition centers, and scenic spots of 4A and above. Beijing’s eight railway stations, two airports, as well as bus and passenger stations with large passenger flow, will achieve full coverage of overcharge stations. Sites with existing fast charging facilities will be upgraded and transformed into overcharge stations in combination with electricity demand. At the same time, the expressway service area will also build and renovate charging stations in light of electricity demand, strive to achieve full coverage of high-quality overcharge stations and provide charging services for long-distance travel vehicles.
The Action Plan proposes the working principle of "oil withdrawal and electricity". Beijing will use existing gas stations, gas stations, municipal transportation and other land to build high-quality overcharge stations to provide surrounding residents with Convenient charging services are provided by passing vehicles.
According to the plan, Beijing will build the Third Ring Road (third, fourth and fifth Ring Roads), multiple sections (5 key scenarios), and multiple channels (main traffic corridors composed of expressways, expressways, and main roads) high-quality supercharge network. By 2035, the average one-time charging time of super charging piles in high-quality super charging stations will be reduced to less than 8 minutes, significantly improving the quality of charging services, making charging as convenient as refueling, and effectively improving the resource use efficiency of the charging service system.
