CCTV.com News: The reporter learned from the China Manned Space Engineering Office that because the meteorological conditions of the Dongfeng landing site recently did not meet the mission requirements, in order to ensure the life, health, safety and successful mission of astronauts, after research and decision, the return mission of the Shenzhou 19 manned spacecraft originally planned to be implemented on April 29 will be postponed and will be implemented at an appropriate time in the near future.
On April 29, the engineering command adjusted the search and rescue and recovery plan according to the plan. Unlike the previous seven Shenzhou series spacecraft returning to the west area of the Dongfeng landing field, the Shenzhou 19 spacecraft will land in the East Area for the first time. At present, the Shenzhou No. 19 astronauts have completed the material sorting and the downloading of experimental data, and have made all preparations before returning.
