Recently, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission publicly reported 10 typical cases of violations of the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations, once again sending a strong signal of comprehensively governing the Party with strict discipline and constantly correcting the "four winds". These cases involve prominent issues such as eating and drinking on public funds, receiving gifts in violation of regulations, formalism, and bureaucracy. They are not only serious punishment for those who violate discipline and laws, but also a profound warning to all party members and cadres. Standing in the historical position of the new era and new journey, we must learn from the case and keep the alarm bell ringing, build a solid line of defense against corruption and degeneration from the ideological roots, and ensure that the Party always becomes the strong leadership core of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.

Typical cases reflect the shortcomings of work style and warn party members and cadres to strictly abide by the bottom line of discipline. Although the 10 cases reported are different in their manifestations, they are essentially indifferent and trampling on the rules and regulations of the Party. Some leading cadres use the name of official duties to travel publicly and alienate public funds to personal enjoyment; some accept gifts and cash in violation of regulations during the festival, which seems to be "human relationships", but in fact they are power-for-money transactions; some engage in formalism and bureaucracy, implementing meetings with meetings and handling inspections with documents, which seriously deviates from the party's original mission. These actions not only cause huge waste of national resources, but also damage the image of the Party and the government and erode the relationship between the Party, the masses, cadres and the masses. The occurrence of these problems once again shows that the "Four Evils" problem is stubborn and complex, and must be strictly followed and always been unremittingly.

A deep analysis of these typical examples that violate the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations is an off-essential behavior, but in the deepest extent, it is a wave of ideals and beliefs. Ideals and beliefs are the spiritual pillar and political soul of the Chinese Communists, and they are also the ideological basis for maintaining the unity and unity of the Party. Unhealthy trends and corruption are both external and internal, rooted and originated. Unhealthy winds breed and hide corruption, and corruption promotes and aggravates unhealthy winds; the root cause of the problems between the two is the lack of "calcium" of ideals and beliefs. Therefore, we must always tighten the "master switch" of ideals and beliefs, adhere to "checking corruption by wind" and "correcting corruption by corruption", resolutely prevent "from wind to corruption" and "covering corruption by wind", and let party members and cadres truly respect discipline and abide by rules in their thoughts.

It is impossible to form a good work style once and for all, and it is impossible to correct bad work styles overnight. If the work style problems that have been initially solved rebound, they will be untrustworthy to the people; if they go back to solve those problems, it will definitely be even more difficult. We should give full play to the role of warning and education in typical cases to cultivate a good work style. The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission publicly reported typical cases in order to play the fundamental role of warning education. Party organizations at all levels should take this opportunity to allow party members and cadres to learn lessons from negative examples and build a solid ideological defense line against corruption and degeneration by holding warning education conferences, organizing visits to anti-corruption education bases, and conducting case analysis and discussions.

At present, the whole Party is carrying out learning and education on thoroughly implementing the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations. This learning and education is not only an important measure to consolidate and deepen the results of thematic education and party discipline learning and education, and deepen the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party, but also an inevitable requirement for strengthening the relationship between the Party and the masses, cadres and the masses, and consolidating the Party's ruling foundation, and is also a strong guarantee for promoting Chinese-style modernization. Leading cadres at all levels should set an example, take the lead in implementing the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations, strictly demand themselves, be honest and self-disciplined, and set an example for party members and cadres. All regions and departments should formulate and improve implementation rules and specific measures for implementing the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations in light of actual conditions, establish and improve a long-term mechanism for style construction, and promote the implementation of the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations.

The eight central regulations came into being to solve work style problems, and they all target specific, realistic and strongly reflected by the people. We must guide party members and cadres to examine themselves in accordance with cases, so as to use cases as mirrors and promote reforms, and we must not deviate from the rules at any time. In particular, we must grasp the "key minority" and urge leading cadres to take the lead in abiding by the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations and lead by example. The Eight Central Regulations are our party’s strategy to move trees and establish trust in the new era, and are the “golden business card” of party building in the new era. Style construction is always on the road, and there is no stop to resist corruption and prevent degeneration. We must learn from the case, always have a sense of awe, always think about the harm of greed, always adhere to the foundation of integrity, always maintain the political character of Communists on the new era and new journey, and use good style to gather the tremendous power to forge ahead on the new journey.
