The industrialization rate of enterprise invention patents was 54.0%, an increase of 0.7 percentage points from the previous year; the average income from the industrialization of enterprise invention patents was 8.720 million yuan/piece. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the average level of income from the industrialization of invention patents has steadily increased.
The patent protection environment continues to be optimized. The proportion of Chinese enterprises that have experienced patent infringement is 7.5%, a decrease of 0.5 percentage points from the previous year; the rights protection rate exceeds 80%, and the recognition of intellectual property protection continues to increase.
The overseas intellectual property layout is active. The proportion of Chinese companies that have submitted patent applications overseas accounts for 24.7% of the companies that have exported products overseas. Companies are actively breaking overseas restrictions through R&D investment, compliance response, etc., and the vitality of innovation and development continues to increase.
