In order to further improve the integrated mental health service model and collaborative working mechanism of schools, communities, families, media and hospitals, Hu Chunlian suggested that using "psychological physical examination" as a starting point, a collaborative service system for mental health education management for primary and secondary school students should be established; and the psychological talent resources of medical institutions, communities, schools and other professionals should be integrated to achieve resource sharing. "Schools are encouraged to set up psychological counseling rooms, and smaller schools can share mental health education teachers. Psychological professionals in medical institutions can go to the school regularly for mental health education and training. Teachers are encouraged to communicate with psychologists in two-way, and improve teachers' mental health service levels through on-the-job internships in the hospital."

At the same time, Hu Chunlian believes that the psychological monitoring system and intervention mechanism should be improved, including regular mental health assessments, establishing a "one-study-one-stake" mental health file, and setting up a 24-hour green channel for student psychological crisis intervention.
