CCTV news: The China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises released data on December 10. The development index of small and medium-sized enterprises in November was 89.2, an increase of 0.2 points from October, rising for two consecutive months.
The operating rate of enterprises is relatively stable. A survey of the operating rates of sample enterprises showed that in November, 40.2% of enterprises were fully operational, the same as the previous month; 13.5% had an operating rate between 75% and 100%, a decrease of 0.7 percentage points from the previous month; the operating rate was 50% % -75% accounted for 20.2%, a decrease of 0.5 percentage points from the previous month; those with an operating rate of less than 50% accounted for 16.7%, a decrease of 0.7 percentage points from the previous month; those that did not start operations accounted for 9.5%, an increase of 1.9 percentage points from the previous month .
The sub-indexes rose by 5, flat by 2 and fell by 2. In November, the macroeconomic feeling index, comprehensive operating index, market index, capital index, and efficiency index continued to rise, rising by 0.1, 0.5, 0.3, 0.1, and 0.5 points respectively from the previous month. The labor force index turned from rising to flat. The cost index and input index turned from rising to falling, falling by 0.3 and 0.1 points respectively from the previous month. The production and operation conditions of small and medium-sized enterprises continue to improve, and the upward trend in the prosperity level is further consolidated.
The sub-industry index rose by 6 and fell by 2. In November, the industry, construction, transportation, and accommodation and catering industries continued to rise, rising by 0.5, 0.1, 0.1, and 0.1 points respectively from the previous month. The wholesale and retail industry and information transmission software industry indexes turned from falling to rising, rising by 0.1 and 0.6 points respectively from the previous month. The real estate industry and social services industry turned from rising to falling, down 0.3 and 0.1 points respectively from the previous month. Overall, the industry continues to recover and improve.
