It is expected that from 08:00 on February 9 to 08:00 on February 10, some areas in western Inner Mongolia, northern and eastern Xinjiang, central Tibet, southern and eastern Qinghai, western Gansu, Hainan Island, Taiwan Island and other places will have strong winds of 5 to 6 and gusts of 7 to 8; most of the waters in the Taiwan Strait, Bashi Strait, and most of the South China Sea will have northeastern winds of 7 to 8 and gusts of 9, among which some sea areas in Bashi Strait, northeastern, central and eastern South China Sea can reach level 9 and gusts of 10.
