The reporter noticed that the mandatory national standard project proposal for the "Technical Requirements for Safety of Automobile Door Handle" mentioned the installation requirements of the car emergency door inner handle, the logo requirements of the hidden door inner handle and emergency door inner handle, the anti-clip requirements and test methods of the electric door outer handle, the strength requirements and test methods of the door outer handle and door inner handle, and the dynamic test requirements and test methods of the electric door handle.
Experts said that with the rapid development of electrification and intelligence of automobiles, the door handle products on the market have shown a trend of working principles and diversified forms, and various problems have been exposed during the market application process: insufficient strength, potential safety risks of control logic, difficulty in identification and operation (hidden and unmarked), power failure, clamping hands, etc., potential escape and rescue risks. For example: during collisions, fires and other accidents, power failure occurs, causing electric external door handles and electric door handles to fail, increasing the obstacles to rescue and escape.
