The Inter-ministerial Joint Conference on the Construction of a Powerful Intellectual Property Power Power recently announced the "2025 Intellectual Property Power Power Power Construction Promotion Plan", clarifying 118 key tasks in seven aspects.
The Plan proposes to accelerate the research and construction of data intellectual property protection rules;
·Improve and fully implement the punitive compensation system for infringement;
·Continue to improve the quality and efficiency of patent trademark review;
·Improve the work system for key core technologies to support intellectual property rights, etc.
