At present, Chinese operators have deployed 5G-A test networks in 31 provinces in China, which are expected to support 50 million users. Xu Chang, deputy general manager of the Communications Industry Research Center of Cydie Consulting Consulting, said: "5G-A is an 'enhanced version' of the evolution of 5G to 6G. Its network capabilities such as connection speed and delay will be 10 times higher than the early stage of 5G."
5G-A services will not charge additional fees at present

Major operators are accelerating the layout of 5G-A services
At present, major operators are busy laying out 5G-A services. China Mobile said it will invest nearly 10 billion yuan this year to achieve intelligent transformation of more than 400,000 base stations. China Telecom will promote the implementation of 5G-A in multiple industries and scenarios this year, and jointly carry out innovative pilot projects in the industrial chain. China Unicom plans to launch 5G-A this year in 39 key urban areas and more than 300 key urban scenarios.

The response speed of public services such as emergency communication and telemedicine will be greatly improved.
