The 1946 Creative Industrial Park was the predecessor of the state-owned Tianjin Textile Machinery Factory, which was founded in 1946. On the basis of retaining the large spatial pattern of the original factory building, the renovated park integrates various business formats such as catering, culture, and art around the themes of commerce and humanities, forming a unique block-style landscape belt in Tianjin.
