The Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China will be held in Beijing from October 20 to 23, 2025.
The plenary session will be chaired by the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee. Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, delivered an important speech.
The plenary session listened to and discussed Xi Jinping's work report commissioned by the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, and reviewed and approved the "Recommendations of the CPC Central Committee on Formulating the Fifteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development." Xi Jinping explained the "Recommendations (Discussion Draft)" to the plenary session.
