Sheng Qiuping, Vice Minister of Commerce, said at the meeting that in the process of formulating the "Policy Measures", with the main goal of expanding service consumption, we will focus on solving the bottlenecks and difficult problems that restrict the development of service consumption, mainly manifested in three persistences: adhering to the combination of benefiting people's livelihood and promoting consumption, adhering to the combination of optimizing supply and expanding demand, and adhering to the outside world and liberalization. Among them, in terms of coordinating supply and demand, Sheng Qiuping pointed out that supply and demand influence and promote each other. New demand can give birth to new supply, and new supply can also create new consumer demand.
