Break through the 58 million household mark! The number of private enterprises is constantly breaking record records, and more than 9 out of every 10 enterprises in my country are private enterprises.

Year-on-year growth for 21 consecutive quarters! The growth rate of import and export of private enterprises continues to lead, and the position of the main force in foreign trade is even more prominent.

The private economy is the new force in promoting Chinese-style modernization and an important foundation for high-quality development. General Secretary Xi Jinping has always been concerned about the development of the private economy. During his inspection in Fujian, he asked to innovate and develop the "Jinjiang Experience" to fully stimulate the investment and entrepreneurship vitality of the whole society. When conducting in-depth inspections of enterprises, he encouraged private enterprises to make great achievements in scientific and technological innovation and high-quality development.

In February this year, General Secretary Xi Jinping attended a symposium on private enterprises and delivered an important speech. He pointed out that we must firmly implement policies and measures to promote the development of the private economy, resolutely break down various obstacles to equal use of production factors in accordance with the law and fair participation in market competition, strive to solve the problem of arrears of accounts owed by private enterprises, and strengthen law enforcement supervision. Since this year, the rule of law has been escorted and policies have been strengthened to promote the development of the private economy into the fast lane. The Promotion Law on the Private Economy has been promulgated and implemented, and the legal status of the private economy has been clarified for the first time; the matters of the new version of the negative list for market access have been further reduced, and the space for enterprise development has been continuously expanded; the list system for charging catalogs related to enterprises has been more sound, and special actions to standardize the comprehensive implementation of law enforcement actions related to enterprises have been carried out.

The market environment for the development of the private economy has been further optimized. Since the beginning of this year, the liberalization of infrastructure competitive areas has accelerated, and private enterprises have become increasingly active in major projects. More than 3,200 high-quality projects were launched in a concentrated manner, driving private investment in infrastructure to grow by 9.5% in the first half of the year. "Financial Fresh Water" is precisely drip irrigated. As of the end of June this year, by supporting the financing coordination mechanism of small and micro enterprises, banks have added 23.6 trillion yuan of credit to relevant operating entities.

In the innovation arena, private enterprises show vigorous vitality. The international market competitiveness of the private economy continues to improve. In the first half of the year, the import and export scale of private enterprises exceeded 12 trillion yuan for the first time in the same period, an increase of 7.3% year-on-year, accounting for 57.3% of my country's foreign trade, an increase of 2.3 percentage points from the same period last year. In particular, the export structure of private enterprises has been continuously optimized, and equipment manufacturing products account for half of the market. In the first half of the year, among the top 500 enterprises in my country's import and export scale, private enterprises have occupied 218 seats, and more and more private enterprises have grown and grown in the storms of the international market.
