CCTV News (News Network): The latest data from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology shows that in the first half of this year, the economic operation of my country's small and medium-sized enterprises was generally stable, and the major economic indicators maintained growth.
In the first half of the year, the added value of small and medium-sized enterprises above designated size increased by 8.0% year-on-year. In particular, specialized and new small and medium-sized enterprises have developed well, and the added value of industrial and specialized and new "little giants" enterprises above the scale has increased by 8.6% year-on-year. Among the newly listed A-share companies, specialized and new small and medium-sized enterprises account for more than 80%.
From the sales situation, among the 31 major manufacturing industries, the total profits of small and medium-sized enterprises in 19 industries maintained growth. Among them, the manufacturing industry of computers, communication electronic equipment, electrical machinery and other equipment is growing rapidly.
At the same time, the overall export momentum of small and medium-sized enterprises remains strong. In June, the export index of small and medium-sized enterprises was 52.1%, and it was in the expansion range for 15 consecutive months.
In addition, the innovation capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises are constantly improving. In the first half of the year, the R&D expenses of "little giants" enterprises above scale industrial specialization and new industrial enterprises accounted for 5.3% of their operating income, 3.1 percentage points higher than the average level of all industrial enterprises above scale. The role of developing new quality productivity is gradually emerging. In the next step, my country will further improve the gradient cultivation system of high-quality enterprises, explore the establishment of a mechanism for active discovery of high-quality enterprises, improve the public service system of small and medium-sized enterprises, build and use the China Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Service Network, and promote the sinking of more high-quality service resources.
