CCTV News: According to the WeChat official account of the "Consular Express" , the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reminds Chinese tourists to not take photos of sensitive places and facilities.

In recent times, some Chinese citizens have been detained, investigated or prosecuted by local law enforcement agencies when traveling abroad, and are unable to leave the country and return home in the short term due to personal interest or curiosity.

The Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reminds Chinese tourists to always establish a strong awareness of law and risk prevention, abide by the laws and regulations of the destination country, understand local shooting and drone use in advance, and pay special attention to warning signs such as "prohibited shooting", and listen to the advice of local law enforcement personnel in a timely manner. Do not enter the restricted area without authorization, and do not shoot sensitive facilities and figures in sensitive places or in order to prevent unnecessary troubles caused by negligence.

If there is an emergency during overseas travel, please call the police in time and contact the Chinese embassy and consulate in the local area for assistance.
