On May 16, the Changjiu High-speed Railway Control Project, the main bridge of the west branch of Longxing Bridge, Helong, the bridge is 19 kilometers long and crosses the three tributaries of the Ganjiang River from north to south. The Changjiu High-speed Railway connects Nanchang and Jiujiang, and is expected to be completed and opened to traffic in 2027, which will further strengthen the interconnection between the middle reaches of the Yangtze River urban agglomeration, the Poyang Lake urban agglomeration and the surrounding urban agglomeration. The paving of the bridge deck of the Raoyanghe Super Bridge, a key control project for the renovation and expansion of the Beijing-Harbin Expressway, was recently completed. The Beijing-Harbin Expressway is the main artery of road transportation in the Northeast region. The construction mileage of its renovation and expansion project is 238 kilometers and is expected to be completed and opened to traffic in September this year.
The construction of national key water conservancy projects is also being accelerated. The Xianglushan Tunnel, the longest tunnel in central Yunnan water diversion project, is being excavated. The tunnel passes through the Hengduan Mountains and is 63.1 kilometers long. The central Yunnan water diversion project is the largest water resource allocation project in the southwest my country. After completion, it can benefit more than 11 million people along the route, fundamentally solving the problem of water resource shortage in central Yunnan.
