In 2024, the average annual salary of employees in urban non-private units and private units across the country will be 124,110 yuan and 69,476 yuan respectively; the average annual salary of employees in large-scale enterprises is 102,452 yuan, of which 203,014 yuan for middle-level and above management personnel, 148,046 yuan for professional and technical personnel, 93,189 yuan for service personnel and relevant personnel, 77,584 yuan for social production services and life service personnel, and 78,561 yuan for production and manufacturing and related personnel.

In 2024, the annual average wages for employees in enterprises above designated size were 102,452 yuan, an increase of 4,356 yuan over the previous year, a nominal increase of 4.4%, and a growth of 4.2% in comparable terms. Among them, middle-level and above management personnel were 203,014 yuan, an increase of 2.4%; professional and technical personnel were 148,046 yuan, an increase of 5.0%; service personnel and relevant personnel were 93,189 yuan, an increase of 4.1%; social production service and life service personnel were 77,584 yuan, an increase of 3.1%; production and manufacturing and related personnel were 78,561 yuan, an increase of 4.1%.
