The public resume shows that Jiang Bin, male, was born in Sichuan in 1982. In 1999, he was admitted to the former School of Foreign Languages of the People's Liberation Army. After graduation in 2003, he served as assistant translator, staff officer, and director of the translation office of the International Military Cooperation Office of the Ministry of National Defense. In June 2024, he was appointed as deputy director of the Information Bureau of the Ministry of National Defense and the rank of colonel. He studied at the University of Birmingham, UK and received his master's degree in international studies.
