In Dongbagu, at the foot of Yulong Snow Mountain in Lijiang, Yunnan, relying on the natural canyon landform, local iron handrails, foot pads and other devices are built on the rock walls, lowering the threshold for rock climbing and attracting many rock climbing enthusiasts to check in and experience it.
In Zhejiang, relying on the existing trail system in the province, the local area has integrated and expanded since 2020 to form the "Zhejiang Trail", connecting 11 prefectures and cities across the province, providing new scenarios for people to hike, cross-country and cycling, and creating a "Zhejiang Trail" event system.
Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission, together with the General Administration of Sports and other departments, issued the "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Construction of High-Quality Outdoor Sports Destinations". During the 15th Five-Year Plan period, my country will build about 100 world-renowned high-quality outdoor sports destinations to promote the outdoor industry to become a new economic growth point. At the same time, smart sports and virtual events have also become new consumption hotspots. Data shows that in 2024, my country's online consumption of outdoor sports was about 200 million, with a total consumption exceeding 300 billion yuan, an increase of nearly 40%.
