The Shenzhen People's Procuratorate of Guangdong Province prosecuted and accused that since August 2009, a criminal group with Bai Sucheng, Bai Yingneng (handled in another case), Bai Yingcang and other core members of the family were the primary members, Bai Yingxiang, Bai Yinglan, Bai Yingping, Bai Yinggai (handled in another case), Li Fushou and other family members, Yang Zaihua and Luo Wenyun (handled in another case), and Yang Zaijun, Liu Hualong (handled in another case), and Li Longhua as important members, taking advantage of the influence of the Bai family in the Kokang area of ​​Myanmar. Relying on the family armed forces, 41 parks including Yum Hotel, Tenglong Building 1, Cangsheng Science and Technology Park were established through self-construction and cooperative development, and many other "financial owners" such as Yang Liqiang, Chen Shuangfu, Yan Jiefeng were recruited and attracted many "financial owners" to settle in and provide armed protection. In addition, Bai Yingcang also gangs to sell and manufacture about 11 tons of drug methamphetamine. The procuratorate requested that members of the Baijia Criminal Group and its related criminal gang be held criminally responsible for 12 charges, including fraud, intentional homicide, and intentional injury.

During the trial, the procuratorate presented relevant evidence, the defendants and their defense counsel conducted cross-examination, the prosecution and defense fully expressed their opinions under the auspices of the court, and the defendants made final statements.

After the trial, the court announced an adjournment and the verdict will be announced at a later date.
