For party members and cadres who do things cleanly, party discipline is not only a "tight curse" but also a guardrail. For example, in response to the old issue of "new officials ignore old accounts", the newly revised "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China" made a legal statement, which not only formed constraints, but also supported and encouraged cadres to chew tough problems. Many places have used this as a criterion to put down their burdens and vigorously promote reforms, solving a large number of historical and difficult problems. Facts have proved that putting discipline and rules first will not only not restrict the hands and feet of party members and cadres, but will instead help to let go of things and open up the situation.

Working and living under the constraints of party discipline and regulations is a behavioral habit that must be shaped and an ideological consciousness that should be cultivated. Firm revolutionaries regard discipline as freedom, and party discipline and regulations are like traffic rules and signs. Only internalized into daily use without realizing the rules of words and deeds can they overcome the sense of "body discomfort" and reach the state of doing whatever they want without breaking the rules.
