According to the "Announcement on Carrying out a Series of Special Actions for Personal Information Protection in 2025" jointly issued by the Cyberspace Administration of China, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security, and the State Administration for Market Regulation, in accordance with the "Cyberspace Security Law of the People's Republic of China", "Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China", "Cyberspace Security Management Regulations", "Methods for the Illegal and Illegal Collection and Use of Personal Information" and other laws and regulations, the Cyberspace Administration of China organized the detection of the collection and use of personal information by Apps and SDKs, and now reports relevant issues: 1. 15 Apps including Moji Weather TV, Medical Machine have SDKs that have not listed one by one for collection and use of personal information, and have not accurately listed the purpose, method, and scope of the SDKs collecting and using personal information (see the table below for details).
2. 16 SDKs, including CTP penetration collection and Jinshida penetration collection, have collected and used personal information. There are problems such as not providing personal information collection and use rules, not explaining measures to respond to user personal information rights requests on their own or assisting Apps, and failing to respond to user personal information complaints and reports in a timely manner (see the table below for details).
3. Relevant App and SDK operators shall complete the rectification within 15 working days from the date of publication of this notice and report the rectification situation to the Central Cyberspace Affairs Office. The Central Cyberspace Affairs Office will work with relevant departments to conduct verification and carry out disposal and punishment in accordance with the law and regulations in light of the rectification situation.
