CCTV News: Recently, the Ministry of Commerce has guided local governments to hold production and sales matching activities such as "Foreign Trade Excellent Products China Tour", and formed a "Foreign Trade Excellent Products Tour Procurement Group" to go to local areas for procurement, and to do its best to help affected foreign trade companies expand domestic sales.
As of May 2, 10 key regions including Shanghai, Sichuan, Jiangsu and other 10 key regions have held a series of activities. According to preliminary statistics, more than 2,400 foreign trade companies and more than 6,500 buyers participated in the above activities, and a total of 16.76 billion yuan of procurement intentions were reached.
At the same time, the Ministry of Commerce guides e-commerce platforms and large retail enterprises to actively help foreign trade enterprises open up domestic sales channels. 15 major e-commerce platforms have connected with foreign trade companies more than 26,000 times, helping more than 2,600 companies to settle in. 9 e-commerce platforms have opened online zones. As of now, the sales of commodity in the zone have exceeded 600 million yuan. A number of large retail enterprises have set up special counters for foreign trade quality products, opened up green channels, and greatly reduced the time for product launch.
