At the beginning of this century, Kailuan Group transformed from a traditional coal mine to a modern coal chemical industry. Deng Jing, who graduated from Hebei Institute of Technology Vocational and Technical University, entered Kailuan Tangshan Zhongrun with the first place in coke oven gas production and participated in the construction of a methanol branch. Since this domestic process was just starting, Deng Jing and others explored the production process almost from scratch and finally started to start production. Unexpectedly, they encountered an emergency soon.
Afterward, Deng Jing said that she was also very nervous and that her ability to deal with calmly was due to her repeated research on the operating procedures. Love studying and willing to study, Deng Jing gradually grew into a "universal operator" in the factory. Once, the discharge port of a device repeatedly cracks, which not only affects the output, but also poses safety hazards. The traditional solution is to stop work and replace equipment for 15 days, but Deng Jing does not want to follow this old path. She stayed on the project site for more than two months and designed a new technological transformation plan, setting a precedent for similar devices in the industry to "never stop work and maintenance" and this plan also saved the company 8 million yuan in equipment costs. In 2014, the company established Deng Jing Innovation Studio. So far, she and her team have completed more than 60 innovative projects.
This year, Kailuan Group developed a new material - high-strength polyformaldehyde fiber wire. The product has opened foreign markets such as Germany and the Netherlands. Methanol is the main raw material for producing this new material, and Deng Jing led the team to start new process technology transformation research.
