It is strictly prohibited to use criminal means to interfere with economic disputes

In addition, in response to illegal intervention in economic disputes, the Private Economy Promotion Law stipulates that when handling cases, economic disputes and economic crimes should be strictly distinguished and comply with the law on the prosecution period; if production and operation activities do not violate the provisions of the Criminal Law, they shall not be punished as crimes; if the facts are unclear, the evidence is insufficient, or criminal liability is not pursued in accordance with the law, the case shall be revoked, prosecuted, terminated, or acquitted in accordance with the law. It is prohibited to use administrative or criminal means to illegally interfere in economic disputes. In response to the situation of law enforcement in other places, the Private Economy Promotion Law stipulates that it is necessary to standardize law enforcement behaviors in other places and establish and improve a system of law enforcement assistance for off-site law enforcement. If a case requires law enforcement in other places, statutory authority, conditions and procedures shall be followed. It is prohibited to abuse power for economic interests and other purposes to implement law enforcement in other places.

In addition, if the Private Economy Promotion Law stipulates that state organs, institutions, and state-owned enterprises refuse or delay payment of accounts of private economic organizations in violation of laws, administrative regulations or contractual agreements, and local people's governments at all levels and their relevant departments fail to fulfill their policy commitments to private economic organizations in accordance with the law and contracts concluded in accordance with the law, the competent authority shall correct the matter, and if the losses are caused, compensation shall be given in accordance with the law; if adverse consequences or impacts are caused, the responsible leaders and directly responsible persons shall be punished in accordance with the law.
