Upgrading 10 pairs of high-speed railways, including the G920 from Shenyang to Beijing and the G3603 from Beijing Chaoyang to Changbai Mountain, to CR400BF-GS Fuxing technology-enhanced smart EMUs. This is also the first time that the railway department in Northeast China has assigned this type of Fuxing EMU trains. , with smarter temperature control, quieter cabins, and more comfortable ride environment, passengers will have a better travel experience. Several "D" EMU trains from Shenyang to Beijing and Jinzhou to Beijing will be upgraded to high-speed trains to provide people in western Liaoning and southern Liaoning with a better travel experience.
Optimizing the supply of passenger and freight products. Focusing on the travel needs of passengers in hotspot cities such as Dalian and Dandong, 8 pairs of EMU trains will be added to the peak line. Focusing on the themes of "Ice and Snow Tour" and "Red Tour", 13 pairs of special tourist trains were launched in Dandong, Changbai Mountain, Longjing and other directions. To meet the demand of the freight market, three more direct freight trains will be opened from Siping to Harbin South, and the existing general express trains from Shenyang East to Jingang will be changed into express trains to improve transportation timeliness.
