At noon on April 14 local time, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee and President Xi Jinping arrived in Hanoi by special plane and paid a state visit to Vietnam at the invitation of General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Su Lin, and Liang Qiang, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
