Unreliable Entity List Working Mechanism

In order to safeguard national sovereignty, security and development interests, in accordance with the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, the National Security Law of the People's Republic of China, the Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law of the People's Republic of China, and other relevant laws, the Unreliable Entity List Working Mechanism in accordance with Articles 2, 8 and 10 of the "Unreliable Entity List" and other relevant provisions, it decided to include 11 entities including Scalio Company on the Unreliable Entity List, and take the following handling measures: 1. Prohibit the above-mentioned enterprises from engaging in import and export activities related to China; 2. Prohibit the above-mentioned enterprises from new investment in China.
The matters not covered by this announcement shall be implemented in accordance with the "Provisions on the List of Unreliable Entities".
This announcement shall be implemented from the date of publication.
