Among them, the scale of on-site market data transactions doubled year-on-year.
Liu Liehong, director of the National Data Administration, said that in more than a year since the establishment of the National Data Administration, the national data system has adhered to the main line of reform of market-oriented allocation of data elements, focusing on "providing, flowing, using well, and ensuring safety" of data, better empowering economic and social development and making rich progress.
In terms of consolidating the system, since 2024, the State Data Administration has focused on major reform tasks and issued 21 policy documents around data property rights, circulation and transactions, income distribution, security governance, etc., to build the "four pillars" of the basic data system.
In terms of the development and utilization of public data resources, my country's total data resource production continues to rise, with the year-on-year increase in 2024 is expected to exceed 20%. Since the National Public Data Resource Registration Platform was launched on March 1 this year, as of March 30, 700 registered data have been reviewed and approved, covering a storage data scale of 239.23TB.
In terms of national data infrastructure construction, the National Data Administration is promoting the research and formulation of 41 national standards in the data field, organizing 18 cities including Beijing and Shanghai to carry out six typical technical routes such as trusted data space, digital fields, digital networking, data components, blockchain, and privacy protection computing, and accelerate the large-scale deployment and systematic application of national data infrastructure.
