1. Song Yufeng, former chairman of the Provincial People's Congress Social Construction Committee, illegally accepted gifts and cash, and accepted banquets and arrangements for tourism activities that may affect the fair performance of official duties. From 2013 to 2023, Song Yufeng successively received gifts and gifts such as mobile phones, watches, shopping cards, high-end liquor from many subordinates and management service objects; he had long accepted banquets arranged by pharmaceutical merchants in high-end restaurants and drank high-end liquor, and had many arrangements for medical merchants to travel to Guangxi, Qinghai and other places. During this period, the total cost of catering, accommodation, etc. was incurred by the company's boss. Song Yufeng also has other serious violations of discipline and law. In June 2024, Song Yufeng was expelled from the Party and removed from public office, and suspected criminal issues were transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution in accordance with the law.

2. Sun Shaoxue, former member of the Standing Committee of Guiyang Municipal Party Committee and former director of the Municipal Party Committee Propaganda Department, illegally accepted gifts and cash, and the expenses that should be borne by the individual. From 2017 to 2024, Sun Shaoxue illegally accepted high-end liquor, tea and other gifts from his subordinates and management services, totaling 115,500 yuan. In order to solve the expenses incurred by private reception, enterprises and individuals were arranged to pay 130,000 yuan, and subordinates were arranged to falsely list expenses to reimburse other expenses that should be borne by individuals. Sun Shaoxue also has other serious violations of discipline and law. In January 2025, Sun Shaoxue was expelled from the Party and removed from public office, and suspected criminal issues were transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution in accordance with the law.

3. Li Fangxue, former member of the Party Committee and vice president of Qiannan Prefecture People's Hospital, accepted gifts in violation of regulations and received gifts in the name of lecture fees and other regulations. From 2013 to 2023, Li Fangxue illegally accepted 34 bottles of various types of wine from medical representatives, with a discount of 22,600 yuan; he repeatedly illegally accepted 24,000 yuan of gifts from medical representatives in the name of sponsoring academic conferences and lectures. Li Fangxue also has other serious violations of discipline and law. In May 2024, Li Fangxue was expelled from the Party and removed from public office, and suspected criminal issues were transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution in accordance with the law.

4. Former deputy general manager (in charge of the work) of Guizhou Rural Credit Cooperatives Federation Business Development Department (Rural Revitalization Department) Xing Fang accepted banquets that may affect the fair performance of official duties, and the purchase of high-end wine with public funds. From 2019 to 2022, Xing Fang accepted banquets from management and service recipients and drank high-end liquor twice; he arranged for his subordinates to embezzle 82,500 yuan in the form of false expenditures and purchase high-end liquor for daily reception. Xing Fang also has other serious violations of discipline and law. In January 2025, Xing Fang was expelled from the Party and removed from public office, and his suspected criminal issues were transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution in accordance with the law.

5. Xiao Jian, former party branch secretary, executive director and general manager of Bijie Gas Company of Guizhou Gas Group, arranged illegal drinking for official receptions. On November 21, 2024, Bijie Gas Company of Guizhou Gas Group organized a knowledge competition. After the event, Bijie Gas Company received personnel from relevant units participating in the event in the canteen, and 10 people including Xiao Jian participated in the dining room, including 8 of whom drank liquor, causing serious consequences and bad effects. In February 2025, Xiao Jian was removed from his party position and was dismissed from a regular section level to an ordinary employee.

6. Wang Changlin, former director of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Longli County, Qiannan Prefecture, illegally decorating the internal canteen of the unit. In March 2022, Wang Changlin, then director of the Longli County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, communicated with two team members without collective research, arranged to decorate the restaurant of more than 60 square meters inside the unit canteen, incurring a cost of 180,000 yuan, and paid with the project funds obtained illegally. Wang Changlin also has other violations of discipline and laws. In September 2024, Wang Changlin was given a one-year probationary period and was dismissed from his post in government affairs.

7. Shen Xiugang, former Party Secretary and Director of the Education and Sports Bureau of Zunyi City, has a deviant view of political achievements and a "face project". In June 2017, Shen Xiugang, Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhennan Town, Sichuan Autonomous County, blindly paved the stalls and took projects. Without demonstration, he built a city gate with no practical use at the intersection of the second-level highway in Zhennan Town, which cost more than 2.2 million yuan. Shen Xiugang also has other serious violations of discipline and law. In December 2024, Shen Xiugang was expelled from the Party and removed from public office, and his suspected criminal issues were transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution in accordance with the law.

8. Hu Guangru, former secretary of the Party Committee and director of the Council of Liupanshui Supply and Marketing Cooperatives Cooperatives, irresponsible and inaction. From 2017 to 2019, when Hu Guangru served as the Party Secretary and Chairman of Liupanshui Agricultural Investment Company, the purchase and installation of drip spray irrigation equipment, refrigeration storage and sorting and packaging equipment at the fruit planting base exceeded actual needs. He did not supervise and manage it during use, ignored the problems found, and did not deal with the idle equipment for a long time.
