In recent years, the bad habit of grassroots formalism has been significantly curbed. However, we still need to be highly alert to the tendency of formalism to transform and hide in darkness. Some grassroots party organizations are being troubled by the repeated online information filling, frequent cloud data uploads, and screenshots of in-group check-in screenshots. The digital "empowerment" that was originally intended to improve efficiency has become the "negative energy" of the digital.
It seems to be a new manifestation, but it is actually an old problem. The root cause is the misalignment of political achievements and the lack of responsibility. To break the "formalism at the fingertips", the superior departments must stand up and take on their responsibilities bravely, establish a clear work orientation, formulate a scientific and reasonable indicator system, and comprehensively evaluate the work results in multiple dimensions. We must squeeze out the "bubble" in the data, dry the "water" in it, firmly oppose the superficial practice of "judging people by appearance" and "winning with praise", beware of the cumbersome phenomena of multi-head inspection and layer-by-layer assessment, and encourage grassroots to move from "trace management" to "breakthrough in performance".
"Reducing the burden on fingertips" is not achieved overnight. The key is to work hard and implement it. On the one hand, we must implement it without fail, go deep into the grassroots, be close to reality, listen more to "complaints" and "expectations", strengthen "comprehensive physical examinations" of various APPs, official accounts, etc., promptly clean up work groups, integrate and merge applications, and allow grassroots to unload their burdens and move forward lightly. On the other hand, reducing the "quantity" does not mean reducing the "quality". "Reducing the burden on the fingertips" should avoid "one-size-fits-all" and improve the grassroots governance platform with grid management, refined services, and information support, so that the results of grassroots digital transformation can be truly used and enjoyed by the people.
The end of "relaxation in your heart" is to find the right "practical path" to serve the people. Reducing the burden is for the happiness of the people. What grassroots work does is human work. We need to face the masses and solve the urgent needs of the masses. The focus lies in people, and the key point is also in people. We must always make it clear that "loosening the constraints is not relaxing, and reducing burdens is not reducing responsibilities". We must repeatedly measure whether the work can reflect the wishes of the masses, whether the methods can reflect the will of the masses, and whether the results can be satisfied by the masses. We must resolutely not use online receipt instead of actual implementation, and do not use online statements instead of actual implementation. We must fully carry forward the style of practical work that seeks truth and is pragmatic, and use the "defense index" to exchange for the "happiness index" of the masses, so that grassroots work can truly be close to the hearts of the people, conform to the public's wishes, and benefit the people.
