The Ministry of Emergency Management, the Ministry of Finance, the State Administration for Financial Regulation and other seven departments issued the newly revised "Implementation Measures for Production Safety Liability Insurance" to the public on April 2 to promote the high-quality development of safety liability insurance.
The implementation measures have increased the coverage of safety liability insurance, expanded the scope of protection, strengthened accident prevention services, and clearly stated that the safety liability insurance industry standard terms will be formulated and issued.
The heads of relevant departments and bureaus of the Ministry of Emergency Management and the State Administration for Financial Regulation said that this revision closely follows the current development status of my country's safety liability insurance, strengthens problem-oriented approach, and actively build a socialized safety management system with safety liability insurance as the link and technical service institutions widely participate, and promote the formation of a new pattern of safety governance with co-construction, co-governance and sharing.
