The Chinese government sent 82 members of the Chinese rescue team to depart from the Capital Airport on the morning of March 29. The Chinese rescue team is composed of personnel from the Beijing Fire Rescue Corps, China Earthquake Emergency Search and Rescue Center, and Emergency General Hospital. They carry drones, rescue equipment, etc., search and rescue equipment, information and communications and other emergency rescue materials. The rescue team arrived at Yangon Airport at 4:20 pm local time in Myanmar and will then go to the severely affected areas.
The Chinese government decided to provide 100 million yuan of emergency humanitarian earthquake relief assistance. The first batch of aid materials of the Chinese government will be launched on the 31st and will continue to provide assistance depending on the needs of Myanmar.
