The meeting emphasized that we should make every effort to build a unified national power market, accelerate the construction of spot markets according to local conditions, improve market rules and trading mechanisms, investigate and standardize local rules and documents, and continue to correct violations of rules and improper intervention. Coordinate and orderly comprehensive supervision in the power field and special supervision in various fields, strictly implement all regulations on enterprise-related inspections, reasonably determine the frequency of inspection methods, and strengthen the use of non-site means.
