On March 27, "Authoritative Interview with Promoting the High-Quality Development of the Private Economy" broadcasted an exclusive interview with Wang Hao, Secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee.
Wang Hao said that this year, Zhejiang will further optimize the market-oriented, law-based and internationalized business environment, and continue to support and guide private enterprises to practice their "internal skills" and develop with high quality.
In optimizing the business environment, Zhejiang is accelerating the governance reform in the bidding field, focusing on breaking hidden barriers in the bidding field; improving the long-term mechanism for repaying accounts arrears of enterprises; efficiently dealing with illegal acts such as commercial bribery and infringement of intellectual property rights; clearly stipulate "three 70%", that is, the proportion of provincial industrial funds invested in private investment projects will reach more than 70%, the proportion of new energy consumption indicators to support private investment projects will not be less than 70%, and the proportion of land guarantee for private investment projects will not be less than 70%.
This year, Zhejiang will further open up channels for normal communication between the government and enterprises, be friendly but moderate, clean and effective, and solve problems and do practical things for private enterprises and private entrepreneurs in accordance with the law and regulations.
