Secretary enterprises in Jiangsu account for about 98% of the total number of enterprises in the province, and about six of the province's total economic output has contributed to private enterprises. Xin Changxing said that in order to implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech at the symposium on private enterprises and the National People’s Congress and the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Jiangsu Province has unified its thinking and carried out a series of work for the high-quality development of the private economy, among which “implementation” has become the core keyword.

Jiangsu has established a provincial-level private investment key industrial project database, and 200 projects have been deposited to enjoy the same treatment as provincial major projects in terms of land use, forest use, environmental impact assessment and other factors. This year, Jiangsu will further improve laws and regulations from the legislative level to safeguard the development of private enterprises at home and abroad.
