CCTV News: On March 17, the 2025 "Chinese Food Festival" event co-organized by the Ministry of Commerce and six other departments and the Hubei Provincial People's Government was officially launched in Wuhan, Hubei. This event is themed "Enjoy Chinese Food and Create a Better Life" and will hold more than 120 special catering consumption promotion activities throughout the year. The event also set up the "Chinese Food Culture Season", which will launch 22 special activities, insisting on combining "invite in" and "going out", and supporting relevant industry associations and places with conditions to hold exchanges and promotion activities such as Chinese food appraisal, skills display, brand promotion, investment negotiation, etc. at home and abroad, deepen international cooperation in the catering industry, drive catering companies to "go out", and spread Chinese traditional food culture.

During the "Chinese Food Festival" event, many places in Hubei Province will jointly launch a variety of catering consumption promotion activities to stimulate new vitality for consumption through the "food + culture and tourism" integration model.
Wuhan hot dry noodles, Qianjiang crayfish, Honghu lotus root... 68 companies in 17 cities and prefectures in Hubei appeared at the Jingchu Food Market with local specialty dishes and flavored snacks. These authentic Hubei foods have allowed tourists to embark on a Jingchu-style taste bud journey.



In Anlu, Hubei, the local area held the 2025 Taibai Banquet Food Festival and the "Top Ten Famous Dishes" and "Top Ten Famous Chefs" and the local area with Li Bai culture as a link. 30 famous chefs competed on the same stage, showing off their unique skills and showing their ingenuity and exquisite cooking skills.
