CCTV News: The China Consumers Association today (March 14) released the 2025 annual survey report on the theme of "Building Satisfied Consumption Together" consumer rights protection year. The report shows that more than half of consumers expressed satisfaction with the online and offline consumption environment.

The survey results show that my country's current consumption environment construction has achieved positive results, with consumers who express satisfaction with the online and offline consumption environments reaching 56.7% and 55.5% respectively, and the online and offline consumption satisfaction tends to be consistent. Nearly 70% of respondents expressed their recognition of the intensity and effectiveness of consumer environment supervision.

Survey data shows that more than 70% of consumers believe that the current market supply can meet their diversified, diversified and personalized high-quality consumption needs; insufficient quality and safety of goods and services, data security, and health attributes are the main reasons for failing to meet high-quality consumption needs. Among the business performances that consumers are most concerned about, "after-sales guarantee", "hard quality" and "safety and reliable" rank in the top three, and "after-sales guarantee" has attracted the most attention for five consecutive years.

The survey results show that consumers' attention to "cost-performance ratio" ranks first in 2025, but the increase in attention to "high quality" is significantly higher than that of "cost-performance ratio", and consumption has a clear trend of upgrading from "cost-performance ratio" to "quality-performance ratio".
