In order to effectively improve the modern governance level of megacities, the following suggestions are put forward:

——Resolutely safeguard the public safety of megacities. Strengthen risk prevention and control from the source, build a closed work loop from investigation, discovery to resolution, and strive to solve problems at the grassroots level and resolve them in the bud. Further improve the safety management of public places and strengthen coordination and cooperation.

——Adjust and improve the population management policies of megacities and megacities. Accelerate the supplementary support for public infrastructure, strengthen investment in education, medical care, elderly care, housing and other fields, and improve the public service capabilities of megacities. Accelerate the improvement of the points-based settlement policy. Establish a mechanism to link population growth with facility construction.

——Take multiple measures to solve the problem of traffic congestion in super-large cities. ——Strengthen the digital, intelligent and intelligent applications of megacities. Improve the system and standardized guarantee system and expand the digital application scenarios of urban governance.
