In 2024, my country has made significant achievements in the construction of skilled talents. The human resources and social security department has promoted the improvement of the lifelong vocational skills training system, and various places have focused on key areas to carry out vocational skills training, and issued 5.13 billion yuan in skill improvement subsidies to 3.1 million workers.
