Among them, the leasing and operation index rose by 0.3 percentage points month-on-month, the development confidence of leasing and operation enterprises stabilized, and the store occupancy rate increased significantly; the e-commerce business index rose by 0.8 percentage points month-on-month.
Experts said that in March, the retail industry entered the peak period for new products to be launched in spring, and the number of retail scenarios for new stores, new products and diversified and personalized services has gradually increased. Driven by favorable policies such as "old trade-in" expansion and innovation improvement in retail industry, the vitality of the consumer market has rebounded significantly.
