Minister of Finance Lan Foan said that we should increase investment in people's livelihood. Child care subsidies will be issued to young children, a national funding system for preschool education will be established; students will further improve the standards of funding and subsidies, expand policy coverage, and continue to implement the national interest-free and principal repayment policies for student loans, which are expected to benefit more than 34 million students.
