In the next three days, there will be more rainy and rainy in the eastern part of the southwest region to southern Jiangnan, and there will be snow or sleet in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, southeastern part of the northwest region. (1) It will be cloudy and rainy from the east of the southwest region to the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River

In the next three days, there will be light to moderate rain in the eastern part of the southwest region, Jianghan, Jiangnan, western Jianghuai, western and northern South China, among which there will be heavy rain in local areas in eastern Guizhou, central Hunan, central and northern Jiangxi. There are 6 to 7 levels in the southern part of the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, the bus waters, the northern part of the South China Sea, and other waters, with gusts of 8 to 9 northeast winds.

(2) Rain and snow will be seen in the eastern part of the northwest region of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and other places. In the next three days, there will be light to moderate snow or sleet in some areas of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the eastern part of the northwest region, the western part of the Huanghuai region, the western part of North China and the southern part of North China. Among them, there will be heavy snow in the southeastern Tibet, the northern part of the western Sichuan Plateau, the southern part of Gansu, and the high-altitude mountainous areas of Hubei, western Hunan, and northern Guizhou.

Yesterday, heavy to torrential rain occurred in parts of the Philippines, central and western Indonesia, Solomon Islands, southern Italy, northern Mozambique, southeastern United States coastal areas, western Colombia, southern Brazil and other places, and local heavy torrential rains.

(2) Heavy snowfall occurred in the central and eastern United States and other places. Yesterday, moderate to heavy snow or sleet occurred in some areas of the central and eastern United States, northern and central Eastern Europe, the Greater Caucasus region, Asia Minor Peninsula, southern Western Siberia and other places. In addition, heavy cooling weather occurred in southeastern Canada, southern United States, northern Mexico and other places, with the cooling amplitude reaching more than 16℃ in some areas.

2. Key weather forecast

(1) There will be strong rain and snow in northern Central Asia and other places in northern West Asia. In the next three days, affected by high-altitude troughs and cut-off low vortex, there will be moderate to heavy snow or sleet in some areas of eastern Turkey, northern Iran, western Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and other places, and local blizzards. Some areas above will have a cooling rate of 4 to 8°C, locally above 10°C, accompanied by gusts of 5 to 6 levels.

(2) There will be strong storms in Madagascar, Mozambique

In the next three days, affected by the low-value system of the Mozambique Strait, moderate to heavy rain will occur in northern Mozambique, southern and eastern Madagascar Island, local heavy rain or heavy rain, and gusts of 6 to 7 in some areas on both sides of the strait.

3. Specific forecasts for the next three days in China

From 08:00 on February 21 to 08:00 on February 22, there will be light snow or sleet in some areas along the Tianshan Mountains, northern and eastern Tibet, central and eastern Qinghai, southern Gansu, eastern Shanxi, northern Shandong, western Hubei, eastern western Sichuan Plateau, and other areas, among which moderate to heavy snow will occur in some areas in eastern Tibet and southern Gansu. There will be light rain in some areas such as southeastern Tibet, most of Jianghan, central and northern and western Jiangnan, eastern and southern Southwest, western and northern Guangxi, Hainan Island, and moderate rain in some areas such as northern and western Hunan and southern Yunnan. There are winds of 4 to 5 levels in some areas of northern Zhejiang (see Figure 1).

08:00 on February 23, there will be light to moderate snow or sleet in some areas along the Tianshan Mountains and western, western Tibet, eastern Qinghai, southern Gansu, southern Shaanxi, western Hubei, western Sichuan Plateau, and other areas, among which local heavy snow in southeastern Gansu. There will be light to moderate rain in some areas of the western part of the Jianghuai River, most of the Jianghan area, the eastern part of the southwest area, and most of the South China area, and heavy rain in some areas (see Figure 2).

To 08:00 on February 24, there will be light to moderate snow or sleet in some areas of central and eastern Tibet, central and southern Qinghai, southern Gansu, southwestern Shaanxi, central western Sichuan Plateau, and northwestern Yunnan, among which there will be heavy snow in some areas of eastern Tibet. There will be light to moderate rain in most parts of the south of the Yangtze River, eastern and southern south, and southern China, among which there will be heavy rain in some parts of southern Yunnan. There are winds of 4 to 5 levels in some areas in northwest of Heilongjiang (see Figure 3).
