In 2024, the procuratorate nationwide prosecuted more than 40,000 people for disrupting market order, an increase of 21% year-on-year; more than 3,000 people for duty crimes in state-owned enterprises were prosecuted; more than 10,000 people for internal corruption crimes in private enterprises that were carried out using their positions, an increase of 25% year-on-year.

Encourt the development of new quality productivity, focusing on high-tech, key core technologies and other fields, prosecuting more than 200 people infringing on commercial secrets, an increase of 34% year-on-year. More than 7,000 written notices were submitted for cases that undermine the socialist market economic order, and more than 260 cases were filed for criminal cases involving non-public economy and more than 410 cases were suspended.

Strengthen the procuratorial supervision of civil, administrative and public interest litigation involving enterprises, and handled more than 20,000 civil procuratorial supervision cases involving enterprises, including more than 1,900 civil judgment supervision cases involving enterprises; handled more than 25,000 administrative procuratorial supervision cases involving enterprises; handled more than 12,000 public interest litigation cases involving enterprises.

The national procuratorates equally protect all types of business entities in accordance with the law, strengthen the acceptance and review of supervision clues of five key cases, namely supervision of case filing involving enterprises, review of necessity for detention, supervision of property measures, supervision of case handling overdue, and review of criminal complaints. A total of 3,738 cases were accepted and 2,319 cases were completed.
