"Woo——" The whistle of the train resounded throughout the platform of Xining Station. Gericaidan glanced at the sky in the distance and hurriedly boarded the train.
The New Year atmosphere still persists. Nearly 200 Qinghai migrant workers took the K390 train to work. They will take this train to Wuhu, Anhui, Fuzhou, Fujian and other places.
"This time I went out to work in the province, I wanted to earn more money and make my family live a better life." Gericaidan from Guinan County, Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province embarked on a journey with his sister Dou Hideyoshi.
This is the second time I took the train in Gericaidan's life. The last time I went to Tibet with my family a few years ago. "The first time I took the train, I was both excited and unfamiliar, but this time I felt much more familiar and looked forward to it."

After graduating from high school, Gericaidan became a herdsman, responsible for caring for more than 30 cattle and sheep in his family. By chance, he learned that the government issued a recruitment information. After discussing with his sister who works as a waiter in Xining, he decided to go out of the pastoral area, go to the outside world, and use his own hands to improve his life at home.
The same thoughts as Gericaidan and his wife were Yula Cairang and Yang Maocuo. Yula Cailang, 26, worked as a security guard in Shanghai for three years. Although they have not arrived at their destination, they have made plans. "My wife's salary is used for daily expenses. I save my salary. If I save enough money, I go home to open a small restaurant." Yula Cairang said.
The outside of the carriage is a biting cold wind, but the inside is a warm feeling. "We specially arranged four flight attendants in the migrant workers' carriage to assist passengers in placing their luggage and guiding them into their seats. We also selected flight attendants with strong business capabilities to provide services to passengers in the carriage throughout the journey." said Zhang Yanliang, the conductor of the K390 train.

Li Jia, deputy director of the Passenger and Freight Management Department of China Railway Qinghai-Tibet Group Co., Ltd., introduced that in order to ensure that this group of migrant workers successfully embark on the itinerary, Xining Railway Station has specially opened a green channel to avoid gathering people and long-term waiting. In the waiting area, an exclusive waiting area for migrant workers has been specially set up to arrange experienced staff to stay all the way to solve passengers' difficulties in a timely manner.
"Although this is the first time I have taken the train and the first time I have been to such a far place, the station staff have been helping since entering the station, and I feel very at ease." said Sonamcuo, a migrant worker.
"I came out this time and started over. I think age is not an obstacle. As long as I can endure hardships and have the skills, it is okay to do anything." Speaking of future plans, Ma Zhongxiao, who is over 50 years old, talks endlessly. This old welder has worked in Suzhou for 11 years. With his superb skills, he not only became the workshop director, but also brought out several technical experts.
"As long as you work hard, your life will be prosperous." Ma Zhongxiao patted Gericaidan's shoulder and said, "In recent years, the strong laborers in our village have gone out to work. Although they are hard, they can make money. Now many people in the village have lived in new buildings and bought cars..."
The train drove through mountains, rivers, and vast wilderness. Ge Ricaidan looked out the window from time to time, his eyes flashing with a light of longing. He turned to his sister and said, "We will make money this year, work hard for a few years, so we can live in a new house!" (Reporter Wang Xian)
