We must seek new breakthroughs in sports reform, and are actively studying and formulating relevant plans for building a sports power, index system and deepening sports reform, providing the masses with higher levels of sports public services and products, and making Chinese sports more people-oriented, contemporary and competitive.
We must achieve new results in sports benefiting the people, actively respond to the majority of young people, and enrich the supply of mass sports events and fitness products.
We must increase scientific and technological innovation and make comprehensive preparations for the Milan Winter Olympics and the Los Angeles Olympics. While consolidating traditional advantageous events, we strive to make substantial breakthroughs in basic and key events such as track and field, the three major balls.
We must make new ways in the sports industry, make sports a golden business card for more local development and a new engine to drive domestic demand to promote consumption, and better empower economic and social development.
We must show new achievements in enhancing the country's soft power and tell good stories about China's sports. At the same time, we must resolutely resist the erosion and destruction of sports by fan circle culture, promote positive energy, and sing the main theme.
