More than 8,500 new projects across the country have implemented the reform of "delivery and certificates when handing over the house", benefiting more than 1.7 million enterprises and people. All localities have actively promoted the reform of "security transfer" of real estate, and have handled 71,000 new cases of security transfer, involving a deposit of 71.69 billion yuan.
