On the morning of April 15, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee and President Xi Jinping met with representatives of the China-Vietnam People's Gala at the Hanoi International Conference Center with General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee Su Lin and President Liang Qiang of Vietnam.

After the event, Xi Jinping, Su Lin and Liang Qiang jointly launched the "Red Study Tour" project.
