CCTV News: According to the Ministry of National Defense, on April 5, the China-Cambodia Yunyuan Port Joint Support and Training Center was officially launched to ensure that the two militaries carry out regional counter-terrorism, disaster prevention and mitigation, humanitarian rescue, joint training and other operations. Both sides dispatched necessary personnel to jointly maintain the normal operation of the center. The construction and use of the center is the result of mutual respect and equal consultation between China and Cambodia. It is in line with the domestic laws, relevant international laws and international practices of the two countries. It is not targeted at any third party. It is conducive to further strengthening practical cooperation between the two militaries, better fulfilling international obligations and providing international public safety products.
